# Tokenomics

**Total Supply: The new token has a total supply of 500 million.** With 350 million (70%) in the circulation and 150 million (30%) locked. The token distribution is as follows:

**Tax Structure: Ensuring Sustainable Growth**

1% Buy and Sell Tax: Transactions with the token on the Arbitrum chain will incur a 1% tax on both buying and selling.

Tax Allocation: The collected taxes will be distributed as follows: 75% Treasury, Marketing & Team: A major portion of the tax will support the treasury, liquidity, marketing efforts, and team development.

25% Burn: A quarter of the tax will be permanently removed from circulation, aiding in controlling the token’s supply and value.

**Note:** The team wallet locking period has been prolonged for an additional 6-month period (1 year total) and the advisors' wallet locking period has been prolonged for an additional 3-month period (6 months total).
